・連絡先・論文題目・アブストラクト(100字程度)・キーワード等を
日本語（または英語）でご記入ください．

■論文について■

(2) 論文形式
論文の形式は，情報処理学会研究会に準じます．

論文は，A4用紙を縦に使った横書き2段組で，8ページまでとします．
第1ページには，日本語と英語で，論文題目，著者名，所属，概要
(日本語300字/英語100語)を記入してください．
第1ページに本文を含んでかまいません．
スタイルファイルを用いる場合には，次のヘッダが付くことを確認してください．
「情報処理学会研究報告
IPSJ SIG Technical Report」
また，フッタの著作権表示の年は2021としてください．
「著作権譲渡契約書」の郵送は不要です．

Please register your information using the following site:
Conference room information of Zoom will be mailed to all registered
users. Please register your information by two days before the
symposium.
Applying for Presentation:
1) How to apply -
Log in to EasyChair using the below link and click 'make a new
submission' to open the Application Form. Enter name, e-mail, and
affiliation of the applicant along with the title, the abstract
(approx. 100 words) and key words of the paper.
Choose preferably three keywords from the list shown in the following site;
and submit with the attached codes;
e.g. "2010101 graph theory", "2010102 theory of combination" et al.
A PDF file of your paper is currently unnecessary for the application,
but the account of EasyChair is required. Please refer to web sites,
such as the following, for helpful information of EasyChair.
Application deadline: Mon., Feb. 8 (duly by 5:00 p.m.)
2) Paper submission -
Please submit a final paper in a PDF format using EasyChair. All
submitted papers will be disclosed over a web site in Feb. 26.
Submission deadline: Mon., Feb. 15 (duly by 5:00 p.m.)
3) Notification of selection results -
As many number of presentation as possible will be accepted, but we
may have to limit the number of candidates in case the submission of
papers should exceed our capacity. Authors of papers that are not to
be chosen for presentation will be informed of the circumstances by
Fri., Feb. 12, 2021. Should there be a case that no notification
reaches with regard to the selection results, please contact the
address or number as shown below.

2) Manuscript format -
The format of the paper to be submitted is subject to that of Information
Processing Society of Japan. Please refer to the webpage as shown below for details.

Maximum volume of the article is eight(8) pages, written in a two column portrait layout on A4 sized papers.
On the first page, the title, author's name and affiliation and abstract of the academic paper are to be written down using both English and Japanese.
Text sentences can be written on the first page, if applicable.
When using a stylefile, please confirm it includes the following headers: IPSJ SIG Technical Report.
In addition, the year describing the copyright in the footer is 2021.

4) Encouragement Awards -
Those who come under all four categories as shown below are eligible for Encouragement Awards:
1. A presenter who is under 35 of age on Apr.1 coming after the presentation
2. A registered applicant as a presenter who actually has performed a presentation
3. A presenter who have never received an Encouragement Award prior to this Symposium
4. A member of Information Processing Society of Japan
Please note that an eligible presenter who has gone through the appropriate
