■発表申込■
- 申込方法
- 発表申込フォームにて,論文題目・発表者・所属・連絡先(住所,tel/fax,e-mail)・アブストラクト(100字程度),キーワード等を記入してお申込ください.発表申込フォームは,シンポジウムWebページからリンクしています.キーワードは,情報処理学会の論文誌投稿用のキーワード ( http://bit.ly/ipsj-keywords-j ) の中から3つ程度を選び,コードとともに記入ください.(例:2010101 グラフ理論,2010102 組み合わせ理論,... ) なお,申込期間終了後,e-mail にて受付番号とパスワードを発行いたします.その受付番号を用いて,下記の ■論文について■ にしたがって論文を投稿してください.
発表申込フォームに入力する際には,Web ブラウザとして Internet Explorer の使用を推奨します.発表申込フォームへの入力後,申込確認のメールが届きます.このメールに記載されたURLにアクセスすることで,発表申込が完了します.

- 論文発表はできるだけ受け付ける予定ですが,希望の多い場合には制限させていただく場合があります.都合により採録できない論文については,2月8日(金)

- 最終原稿のPDFファイルを 論文投稿フォーム から投稿してください.その際,申込時に発行された受付番号を用いて,ファイル名を「受付番号.pdf」としてください.なお,投稿は何度行っても構いません.締切前の最新の原稿を最終原稿といたします.「著作権譲渡契約書」の郵送は不要です.

- 奨励賞
- 次の各号のすべてに該当する方は奨励賞の対象者となります.対象者の方は発表申込フォームにて,その旨をお知らせください(自薦).
- 講演日以降の4月1日において満35歳以下の者.
- 講演申込の際,講演者として登録しかつ講演を行った者.
- 本奨励賞を受けたことのない者.
- 情報処理学会の会員.
なお,申込がない方は奨励賞の対象とはいたしませんので,ご注意ください.これまでの受賞者を https://www.ipsj-kyushu.jp/prizes/hinokuni-init でご覧いただけます.
- 最終原稿のWeb公開
- 火の国情報シンポジウム開催日より,情報処理学会九州支部HPに最終原稿の電子ファイルを全て公開する予定です (今年から非公開の扱いはありませんのでご注意ください).
■懇親会について■
- 2019年3月2日(土)のセッション終了後に,学内生協で懇親会を開催する予定です.参加される方は,発表申込もしくは原稿提出の際に,お知らせください.当日の受付もいたします.会費は3,000円の予定です.

Applying for Presentation
- How to apply -
- Open the Application Form. Enter the title of the paper, name, affiliation and contact address/ telephone/ fax and e-mail of the applicant along with submission of the abstract (approx. 100 words) and key words of the paper. The Application Form is linked to the Symposium's webpage. Choose preferably three keywords among a list shown in the following file;
http://bit.ly/ipsj-keyword-e And submit with the attached codes; e.g. "2010101 graph theory", "2010102 theory of combination" et al. After the application is successfully accepted, your Reception Number and password will be given by e-mail. Using the password, submit the whole paper according to the following "About the Paper".
Use of Internet Explorer is recommended as the web browser when applying through the Application Form. Upon completion of application to the form, an e-mail of confirmation will be sent to make sure of your application. Access the URL shown in the e-mail, and your application will be finalized.

- Notification of selection results -
- As many number of presentation as possible will be accepted, but we may have to limit the number of candidates in case the submission of papers should exceed our capacity. Authors of papers that are not to be chosen for presentation will be informed of the circumstances by Fri., Feb.8
Fri., Feb.1, 2019. Should there be a case that no notification reaches with regard to the selection results, please contact the address or number as shown below.

- Please use our Submission Format to submit your manuscript made into a PDF file. When submitting, your Reception Number issued on application must also be shown by naming your file as "the Reception Number.pdf".
You can submit your manuscript more than once, deeming the final submission as the finalized version.

- Those who come under all four categories as shown below are eligible for Encouragement Awards:
- A presenter who is under 35 of age on Apr.1 coming after the presentation
- A registered applicant as a presenter who actually has performed a presentation
- A presenter who have never received an Encouragement Award prior to this Symposium
- A member of Information Processing Society of Japan

- Publishing finalized manuscripts on-line -
- From opening of the Symposium, electronic files of finalized manuscripts will be open to public.
The social gathering:
- After the session on Sat., March 2, 2019, a social gathering for the presenters will be held at the co‐op canteen. Please let us know if you wish to attend it, or sign up for it at the reception desk on the day. Pay \3,000(JPY) (the finalized amount will be announced later) to attend.
